I too was confused about how to eat or train for maximum results!
“I’ve struggled with my self-confidence and body image for as long as I can remember – all I ever wanted was to feel comfortable in my own skin”.
I used to hide behind big baggy t-shirts when going swimming, and never felt comfortable in front of my partner. I used to think “just eat less and exercise more”, and I would get to where I wanted to be.
That was until I learnt how to get the body I wanted – but most of all keep it.
Being a first time mother and being able to sustain and improve my body image on only a handful of hours a week – that is something I am passionate about educating other busy parents to do!
